What I think make this image so successful is the amount of texture it has with the water drops. Another feature that would make this image successful is the two different colors mixing in together. What I like about this image is the colors. But what really caught my eyes is the waterdrops mixing with the colors. And this image is really shows lots of texture which was cool.
